Creation & Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information.

4. Pricing & Payment

Free Tier / Premium / Enterprise.

Billing

Subscriptions billed in advance monthly or annually. Payments non-refundable except as required by law.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime in your account; access continues until the billing period ends.

5. Prohibited Uses

Do not use the Service to:

• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware or spam

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any content you submit but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to operate and improve the Service.

8. Disclaimers & Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties of accuracy or fitness for purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Travel Smarter Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
